A little bit of history......
The Waterside House Hotel was purchased by the Slattery Family in 2005 an since then have lovingly restored and transformed this once so-so hotel (previously known as The Dunes) in to a stunning and elegant hotel. The transformation has positively been noted by regular visitors and locals alike.
The Slattery Family have been hoteliers for over 30 years and all 7 members of the Slattery Family are involved in the running of The Waterside House Hotel and its sister hotel The Station House Hotel, Kilmessan, Co. Meath.
The Station House Hotel & Award Winning Signal Restaurant was Chris & Thelma’s first hospitality project. This quaint premises once stood as a train station serving the Dublin to Kingscourt line. It now stands as one of Meath’s finest hotels and has won many awards and accolades to back up all of the hard work.
