Smoked chicken breast on baby leeks with pine nuts, croutons, cherry tomato with sweet chilli dressing.
Saute chicken and mushroom vol au vent in a tarragon and white wine sauce.
Home-made duck liver pate served with salad, home-made Cumberland sauce and melba toast.
Duo of cantaloupe and watermelon with fresh fruits and raspberry coulis.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
Provisional bookings may be made by telephone, email or person. A non refundable deposit of €20 must be paid upon booking and full balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
The Waterside House Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking without numbers being reached. In this instance a refund of monies paid will be offered.
