The Signal Restaurant offers superior Irish cuisine with emphasis on seasonal local produce including fresh sea food. Ourexecutive head chef sources our sea food daily from the famous Howth fish market and Kilmore Quay. Our beef is 100% Irish with most of our other produce sourced by local growers.
Our wine list is equally diverse, with fine vintages rubbing shoulders with more youthful newcomers, and throughout your meal at The Signal Restaurant our expert staff will provide an attentive service.
